Jarred Miller is a lifelong Geauga County resident, having resided in Burton township for the past nine years, as well as previously living in Claridon Township and Burton Village. He has served as a Burton Township Trustee for nearly four years. He is married to his wife of 19 years, Jody, with whom he has four children. Jarred is the Operations Manager for Arms Trucking in East Claridon. He is a member of the New Testament Baptist Church where he teaches Sunday School. He is a Berkshire High School graduate and has coached youth sports for several years within the Berkshire community.
In his capacity as Trustee, he has served as past chairman, and is currently the liaison for Township Parks, the Administrative Building, and the Fire Department. He is also the alternate representative to the HDAC (Health District Advisory Committee) and an appointee to the CRA Committee (Community Reinvestment Area). Jarred is also a member of the Geauga County Township Association as well as on the Emerging Leaders Council with NOACA.
Jarred is thankful for the opportunity to faithfully serve Burton Township residents alongside his fellow trustees and fiscal officer.
Jarred’s term ends December of 2023.
